New smiles, easier way to upload a picture, more topic boards/threads.

The topic boards are vague on purpose they are more catchalls than anything else. I want to try to keep the board as simplified and welcoming as possible without worrying about things being posted in the "Wrong" location.
I am working on getting threads made as time goes.
With that said I'm open for board suggestions. Everything I have right now I'm able to make content for.
I've uploaded a ton of smilies just a few minutes ago. I went through and got rid of ones I wasn't crazy about right off the bat.
Avatar uploads I have turned off currently. I need to figure out a reasonable avatar picture size.
